Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Jakarta. The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading the business operations ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity throughout the supply chain, from production to delivery. The Operations Manager will be responsible for planning and coordinating the operations of the company, and overseeing third-party logistic partners to ensure excellent service.
- Daily Operations: Manage, lead, control, and monitor all daily operational activities, ensuring all KPIs and SLAs are met.
- Reporting on Operations (Logistics, CS, Supply chain) for management on weekly and monthly basis, providing detailing operational status. Analyse performance metrics, and identifying trends that may impact future performance.
- Logistics: Manage partnership with 3PL to ensure best service and SLA are met. Analyse operating costs and implement changes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Customer Service: Manage CS team to ensure best customer experience is provided and maintain all Client Service Level Agreements; implement improvement plans as needed to improve service and efficiency.
- Supply Chain: Oversee all Inbound process and demand forecast
- Finance Support: Manage Sales and Inventory closing process and support Finance Reconciliation process.
Qualifications
- Expertise in e-commerce operations (Logistics, Fulfilment, Supply Chain)
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in operations management
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking and meet deadlines
- Hands-on, can-do and rolled-sleeves attitude
