Job Purpose : Responsible to support Head of Combo Product Management in achieving the overall Product Management Initiatives, this position report to Head of Combo Pranage at Divisit, Product Management Division to achieves the business objective Management in terms of to provide, maintain, analyze & identify, develop, and monitoring combo product (existing and new initiatives).

Responsibility 1. Support Head of Combo Product Management in Develop Product by implement, analyze and identify existing and legacy product roadmap (product lifecyle) for business purposes (upsell / Cross-sell, Downgrade, Churn retention offers) 2. Support Head of Combo Product Management in developing initiatives by implementing the new product launch and improvement for existing product. (Combo Improvement) 3. Provide measurable reporting system for all product. 4. Implement, Monitor, Analyze & Identify, and maintain product portfolio to achieve Product Management objective (NAB Composition, Upsell Composition) 5. Proactive competitor positioning analysis, to improve product competitiveness by do market research of ISP products specially FTTH. 6. Analyze and improve product experience from customer point of view 7. Support Head of Combo Product Management in managing end to end development process backend & front end (if needed) such as ratecode, promocode, product offers in IT Brim and product bank, and also website & application interface (if needed) 8. Support Head of Combo Product Management in Provide measurable input of new device products (including the processes, SOP, & operationi) by do close coordination with CPE's team. 9. Support Head of Combo Product Management to evaluate & asses new device requirement in term of commercial things (Partnership), spec & feature, & testing result by coordinate with related teams. 10. Implement, analyze & update

  • Bachelor's in Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Management Information System, 3 Years experience
