Role Purpose:
This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing growth opportunities through various channels and tactics, and combines aspects of marketing and growth hacking to drive business growth.
We expect talent that is both analytical and creative – a data-driven person that can use technology to build and manage a comprehensive marketing plan, while at the same time leveraging their keen eye for design to become the custodian of everything that makes our brand special.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business units to design and implement growth initiatives for customer acquisition and retention
Develop strategies to increase active user base and drive transaction frequency for key products
Develops actionable insights to inform growth strategies by gathering and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement in the customer journey
Lead digital adoption efforts for the platform / app and specific products, driving installs, registrations, and sustained usage
Identify and address barriers to digital engagement, tailoring initiatives for different customer segments
Oversee performance marketing campaigns and customer lifecycle initiatives to meet KPIs
Leverage data insights to optimize acquisition and engagement efforts across channels
Partner with product, business development, and customer experience teams to align marketing strategies with product roadmaps
Act as a bridge between marketing and operations to ensure smooth implementation of campaigns
Use analytics to monitor customer behavior and campaign performance
Generate insights to inform future strategies and enhance ROI
Requirements:
Min 7 years in the relevant growth position, with min 3 years in leadership role
Possess strong experiences in user acquisition, user retention and growth marketing
Ideally min Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field of major from a recognized university
Having a great eye for design and detail
Experience Implementing Growth Solutions For The Company
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate and deliver presentations with data as based on insight / analysis
A passion for a fast-paced and at times unpredictable environment
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
