What Wil You Do
- Assist business team in creating project proposal, TOR, and budgeting for clients.
- Prepare and submit all required administrative documents in a tender from government or enterprise client.
- Draft and review contract agreement (PKS), NDA, work orders during a procurement process.
- Manage official letter correspondence with clients & partners.
- Follow up client's PIC regarding administrative matters.
- Handle contract agreement, progress report, request for payment, prepare and submit documents for tenders.
- Provide schedule and planning support for the administration of contracts including scope of works & tender/contract preparation and correspondence.
- At least 3 years of working experience in admin-related field.
- Have experience in managing government tenders/project (LPSE, E-procurement) is preferred.
- Good understanding on Excel, Word, PPT, Google Docs.
- Good formal-written communication skill.
- Detail-oriented and self starter.
- Ability to work fast with tight deadlines.
