Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership and Innovation: Lead the technical team, drive technological innovation, and elevate AnYi Energy Leasing’s technical standards within the industry.

• Equipment Design and Optimization: Oversee the inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of production equipment, as well as the design of technical solutions to ensure the accurate execution of engineering projects.
• Process Package Development: Formulate and develop unique technical process packages to provide theoretical foundations and technical support for customers to reduce costs and increase efficiency in oil and gas development.
• Technical Problem Solving: Address various technical issues that arise during daily operations and production, ensuring timely resolutions to maintain production efficiency and safety.

• Project Management: Assist engineers in the completion of largescale engineering projects, including oil and gas extraction, oil and gas field chemical engineering, and offshore oil and gas engineering, to guarantee the smooth progression of projects.
• Knowledge Management: Be responsible for the organization, classification, and archival management of technical documents to ensure the continuity and updating of knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Education Background: A doctoral degree in engineering or a related field such as automation, mechanical, chemical engineering, or equivalent master’s or doctoral degree.
• Professional Skills: A solid grasp of the fundamental theories and professional knowledge in the field of petroleum and natural gas engineering, an understanding of the current technical landscape, and an awareness of industry trends.
• Practical Experience: Relevant experience in onsite engineering work, capable of undertaking technical or management roles in the petroleum and natural gas engineering field.
• Innovation Ability: Demonstrated practical innovation capabilities and a strong ability to solve actual engineering problems.
• Communication and Coordination: Strong learning capabilities, good teamwork skills, and effective communication and coordination abilities.
• Adaptability and Judgment: Possess a certain level of adaptability and judgment to make timely and correct decisions in response to work situations.
• International Perspective: A broad international outlook, proficiency in Chinese, English, and Arabic languages, and the ability to read professional literature in foreign languages with ease.
