2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring quality candidate placements.
  • Monitor recruitment performance and implement improvements to meet client needs.
  • Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent demands in various industries.
3. Branch Operations & Team Management
  • Manage day-to-day branch operations, ensuring smooth workflows and compliance with company policies.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters and support staff to achieve performance targets.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance team capabilities and productivity.
4. Financial & Performance Management
  • Monitor branch performance, revenue, and profitability to achieve financial goals.

5. Compliance & Risk Management

Job Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR-related roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial position.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the recruitment market, hiring trends, and workforce solutions.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and implement effective hiring strategies.

Proficiency in recruitment tools, HR software, and Microsoft Office.
