Responsibilities:
- Responsible to lead and implement effective Preventive Maintenance Program and Improvements to the equipment.
- Utilize engineering methods to drive productivity, sustain machine availability/efficiency and deliver exceptional product quality.
- Lead and implement effective preventive maintenance program related to manufacturing equipment of Surgical operations.
- Ensure manufacturing equipment in compliance state and able to achieve utilization target.
- Lead cross functional teams to resolve and implement effective CAPA to complex problems.
- Lead MRO inventory management and strategic purchase to achieve allocated budget on maintenance expenses.
- Drive Lean Culture, lead continuous improvement efforts and contribute to site CIP savings target.
- Lead site key projects and coordinate cross functional teams to achieve implementation targets and milestones.
- Provide leadership and accountable for HSE & 5S implementations.
- Provide strategy on people development and succession plan, inspire and shape Alcon culture.
What Can You Bring to Alcon:
- Degree in Engineering or relevant field
- At least 4 years of experience
- Proficient in communicating in English both verbally and written.
- Experience on Automation Process Control, Automation Systems Maintenance, Equipment Maintenance, Failure Analysis, Hazards and Risk Control and Policy Management and Troubleshooting (Service and Repair)
- Knowledge in Microsoft office Word, Power Point, Excel, Basic Minitab, Data Trending.
