Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Act with heart in conducting yoga and meditation classes tailored to guest needs and experience levels
- Preparing and maintaining yoga mats, props, and meditation spaces to ensure a clean and welcoming environment
- Engaging with guests, understanding their preferences, and providing personalized guidance in yoga and meditation practices
- Educating guests on yoga philosophy, breathing techniques (pranayama), and mindfulness practices to enhance their experience
- Ensuring a high standard of hygiene, professionalism, and service excellence in all classes
- Upselling additional wellness services and promoting spa treatments to enhance guest well-being
- Assisting in wellness events and retreats as required
What You Bring:
- Relevant certification or experience in yoga & meditation
- In-depth knowledge of yoga anatomy, the 7 Chakras, the five Koshas, and energy pathways (Nadhis)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Public speaking skills and the ability to engage guests effectively
- Customer service-oriented attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and ensure guest satisfaction
- One year of experience in a 5-star hotel or a similar position is preferred
