  • Maintaining and effectively managing teams located in all cities in Area.
  • Developing and implementing strategies for manpower fulfillment, including hiring and training suitable personnel to support the sales activities.

  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with each merchant, fostering collaboration, resolving any issues or concerns, and ensuring a smooth workflow at every step of the sales process.

Requirements

  • Hold at least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Possess a good knowledge and familiarity with stores in each city in Area.
  • Have experience in handling large teams both directly and remotely.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Hardworking, target-oriented, and proactive in taking initiative.
  • Have a good relationship and reputation with merchants and store owners in all cities across Area.
  • Possess strong data analysis skills, particularly in using MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Have a strong understanding of the offline BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) business model, specifically for our merchants and relevant categories
