Have you created viral content on TikTok and Instagram? Are you a video whiz with an eye for storytelling and sharable content? If this sounds like you – we want you on our team!

What you’ll do:

  • Pitch and create fun, engaging, and trend-driven social media video content (on Instagram and TikTok) for lifestyle topics like food, events, neighbourhood guides, and local trends.
  • Create video content for client campaigns, in-line with specific client briefs.
  • Attend media events and food tastings to create viral social media content.
  • Run the entire production process: from conceptualising video ideas to storyboarding, shooting, editing and posting.
  • Cut and colour-correct footage and photos, and bring the best visuals to life in post-production.
  • Stay on top of video trends: create content that’s fresh, engaging, and aligned with what our audience loves to watch.
  • Work closely with the Honeycombers team to align video content with our online content.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently, from editorial shoots to client video projects.

About you:

  • At least 2 years of experience in social media content production (bonus if you have a portfolio of both photo and video content!).
  • Proven experience in creating viral social media content.
  • Creative at heart: you can take a concept and turn it into an engaging video for social media.
  • Skilled in production and post-production: you’re comfortable with shooting, editing, and colour correction.
  • Organised and detail-oriented: you can juggle multiple projects while keeping everything running smoothly.
  • A trend-spotter: you stay updated on the latest social media and video trends to keep our content fresh and engaging.
  • A team player with great communication skills: you work well with editors, writers, and clients to bring ideas to life.
  • If a challenge crops up, you can tackle it with your problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about Bali’s lifestyle scene: whether it’s food, entertainment, or events, you know what’s hot and happening.
  • Based in Bali and eligible to work in Indonesia.
  • Committed to an 8-hour workday, 4.5 days per week.
  • Independent and mobile—you have your own scooter to get around easily.
