Local Live Commerce Manager

The Local Livecommerce Manager (LLM) focuses on maximizing sales impact through live commerce activities. This role is essential in driving the success of live commerce campaigns by managing client relationships, aligning with RHQ strategies, and ensuring seamless execution of promotional activities.

He/She is responsible for coordinating with clients and internal teams to finalize product selections and promotional details, maintaining the local marketing calendar, and delivering high-quality live briefs. With exceptional communication and organizational skills, the LLM ensures that live commerce initiatives achieve measurable results while meeting client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate effective communication between the Local Product Manager and the Online Sales Team to align on live commerce strategies and activities.
  • Manage and maintain the local marketing calendar, preparing and delivering live briefs tailored to market-specific needs, aligned with RHQ strategies.
  • Collaborate with local clients to negotiate and finalize target products and promotional details for livestreams.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on user feedback and live broadcast performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Oversee channel operations, including slot booking and coordination with Key Account Managers (KAM), to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or live commerce, particularly in client-facing roles.
  • Proven track record of managing sales-driven campaigns and achieving measurable results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with the online sales industry, including SKU management, promotional planning, and competitive analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Experience in the tech or consumer electronics industry and proficiency in CRM platforms or live streaming tools.
