Job Description:
- Overseeing all offsite & onsite constructions to monitor and ensure compliance with contracts, approved specifications/drawings/documents, schedule & safety regulations.
- Leads and ensures all technical works are properly guided (manpower, equipment, materials, and tools required) to start and sustain the work efficiency and productivity until the completion of the project.
- Ensure that all activities within the designated areas are well planned, and coordinated and be able to utilize all available resources in coordination with other functional lines in directing and supervising all involved site personnel and contractors.
- Carry out project monitoring and report on-site work progress
- Managing and overseeing the entire construction process, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Review construction plans and create a competitive schedule for the project.
- Ensure that all the needed materials, workers, and equipment are ready to work.
- Pay close attention that all job sites comply with safety rules and regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors and construction workers to ensure that the construction tasks are completed on time and in the necessary order.
- Track inventory.
- Prepare and manage all reports needed for the completion of a project.
- Ensure that correct and safe construction practices are being used during construction.
Requirements:
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree Majoring in Civil Engineering
- Has Min. 5 Years Experience as a Project Manager in the Construction of complex project
- Has strong knowledge of construction concepts and methodology
- Good knowledge of discipline engineering design criteria, methods, & workflows from the conceptual phase- up to mechanical completion and supporting requirements during the commissioning stage.
- Has a strong understanding of Civil / Structural construction including but not limited to roads, culverts, foundations, buildings, and structures
- Has strong technical construction experience and project management skills (building construction planning and execution).
- Able to prepare project management reports periodically.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- High level of communication skills (both verbal and written) to interface with local representatives, government departments, and vendors. Contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Familiarity with construction/project management software.
- Able to operate Microsoft Office.
- Willing to work at Jalan Pantai Nyanyi, Kediri, Tabanan, Bali
