- Client Acquisition: Drive and oversee the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing sales to bring new clients on board.
- Partnership Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders to enhance The Secret Society’s market presence.
- Team Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting individual and group performance targets while providing coaching and support.
