Supply Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive supply planning strategies that align with business objectives, demand forecasts, and production capabilities.
  • Oversee the end-to-end supply planning process, including demand forecasting, inventory management, production scheduling, and distribution, to ensure optimal utilization of resources and timely delivery of products.
  • Continuously monitor supply chain performance metrics, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage demand variations, supply disruptions, and other operational challenges.
  • Consolidate all customer OUs demand at regional level and give supply feedback to each customer (thru Business planning Process)
  • review and manage capacity and plan across all factories (including 3rd party suppliers)

New Product Development

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of new product development projects, from concept ideation to market launch.
  • Collaborate with R&D, marketing, sales, and other departments to define product specifications, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment among various teams involved in the new product development process.
  • Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and make data-driven decisions to meet project milestones and deliver innovative products that resonate with customer needs.

Business Partnering

  • Serve as a key liaison between supply chain, product development, and business teams to understand their needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on a deep understanding of market trends, industry dynamics, and internal capabilities.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align supply chain strategies with sales forecasts, promotional activities, and customer demands.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Min 8 – 10 years of experience in supply chain management, new product development, and business partnering roles within the consumer goods industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading supply planning initiatives, managing new product development projects, and building strong business relationships.
  • In-depth understanding of supply chain processes, demand forecasting techniques, inventory management, and production planning.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, analyse trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, both internally and externally.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
