Corporate Secretary Officer
We are looking for a skilled and versatile Corporate Secretary Officer to oversee all corporate secretarial functions for our Group. This role will focus on advising on capital market regulations, governance, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will be responsible for drafting and reviewing corporate documents, staying updated on regulatory changes, managing documentation efficiently, and assisting in communication initiatives. You will report directly to the Senior Legal & Corporate Secretary Manager
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable university, with at least 3 years of experience as Corporate Secretary Officer in public listed company.
- Strong practical knowledge of general corporate Indonesian legal system particularly related to Capital Market and Corporate Secretary matters.
- Fluent in English, verbal and writing with excellent drafting and reporting skills.
- Responsible for documentation and administrative matters with ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment, independently and as a team player.
- Meticulous and well-organized with good analysis and critical thinking skills, action oriented and result driven
- Ideal candidates should demonstrate a high willingness to continuously learn, self-motivated, adaptive, passionate and having a good communication skill.
- Uphold a polite and professional demeanor, with work ethic and high integrity.
Job Descriptions
- Providing assistance and managing all corporate actions that may be required by the Group related to capital market and other corporate secretary matters. This includes arranging, coordinating and attending AGMS, EGMS, BOC&BOD meetings and other committee meetings and taking minutes, drafting resolutions and announcements, maintaining statutory filings, liaising with external service.
- Conducting research, regulation updates and information which demonstrating through capital market and corporate law to identify concerns in relevant industry sectors.
- Maintain good relations with related Government Entities, OJK, Securities Administration Bureau (BAE), Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Indonesia Central Securities Depository (KSEI), and other related third parties. It will require frequent communications with the OJK and the IDX where necessary, assisting the full spectrum of corporate secretarial work and ensuring proper corporate governance.
- Taking initial instruction internally or externally; drafting and reviewing letters, reports and other required corporate secretarial documents.
- Providing effective organization of documentation and planning, administering and monitoring the reporting obligations and updates.
- Supporting a range of initiatives and programs within the corporate secretary function.
- The position is based in Jakarta and will require occasional visits to project locations.
