  • Work closely with datasets to analyze, build data visualization and dashboards that inform strategic planning and sound business decisions.
  • Identify and Automate any repetitive tasks currently performed by team members.
  • Research & Develop on how to improve our models, especially credit scoring.
  • Research and experiment with the latest advancements in GenAI, applying them to solve unique challenges in the fintech domain.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in data science or analytics related roles.
  • Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of Statistics/ML fundamentals and demonstrated experience in Python and R.
  • Communication skills to engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and effectively communicate the results of the analytical solutions.
  • Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Familiar with PowerBI or Looker Studio
  • Exposure to RDBMS (i.e. MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Enjoy working on various Deep Learning (e.g. GenAI etc) problems that involve using different types of training data sets - textual, tabular, categorical, images, etc.
