As a TDC Event Assistant, you will be working as a member of our vibrant Creative team to bring our creative ideas to life. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and presentation skills also a good attention to details attitude which demonstrates their passion for the project assigned.

Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Develop and oversee event strategy, ensuring alignment with business and marketing goals.
  • Lead the planning and execution of events, and quality across all events.
  • Optimise event budgets, and generate revenue through strategic event activations.
  • Integrate events into our broader marketing strategy, collaborating with others branding and marketing teams to drive brand visibility
  • Ensure alignment with event strategy and equip the team with the skills and resources to succeed
  • Track event performance, optimise processes, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong organisational and management skills
  • Self-starter's attitude
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to plan and execute with many moving parts
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Experience creating and adhering to a budget
