Customer Service Support Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage requests/complaints/problems raised by residents by providing fast and effective responses and solutions, in order to increase satisfaction and maintain good relationships with residents.
- Coordinate with the Estate Management team, Township Operations, and other teams regarding repair/maintenance/complaint requests from residents to ensure work is completed on time.
- Prepare periodic reports that include satisfaction survey results, trend analysis, and key findings regarding resident experience, and provide recommendations for process improvements where necessary.
- Carrying out all policies, instructions, tasks, and directions established by the leader in the future.
- Work with shift system of 6 working days and 1 day off.
Qualifications
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in all major.
- Work Experience: 3 years in the same field as Manager.
