Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Functional Modul SD Tech located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Functional Modul SD Tech will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and supporting SAP module SD (Sales and Distribution). Daily tasks include collaborating with business users to understand their requirements, configuring the SAP SD module, providing training and support to users, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and ensuring smooth integration of SAP SD with other SAP modules. The role also involves constant communication with other IT and business departments to streamline processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in SAP SD module configuration and implementation.

• Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide user support.

• Good understanding of business processes in the SAP SD module, including Shipment Management and Outbound Delivery.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various departments.

• Ability to provide training and documentation for users.

• Experience in the cement or construction industry is a plus.
