  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Provide technical support for network clients, addressing and resolving technical issues efficiently.
  • Work on standby shifting to ensure consistent support and network availability across various time frames.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network client issues, ensuring optimal connectivity and performance.
  • Handle backbone routing, management, and troubleshooting to ensure the network infrastructure is fully operational.
  • Assist in link activation and manage Layer 2 services for network setup and configuration.
  • Monitor network performance, provide helpdesk support, and create reports on network status and any troubleshooting efforts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar network support or IT troubleshooting role.
  • Strong knowledge of routing and switching technologies (both theoretical and practical).
  • Experience with Mikrotik devices, and ideally have certifications like MTCNA or CCNA.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
