  • Provide technical support for network clients, addressing and resolving technical issues efficiently.

  • Strong knowledge of routing and switching technologies (both theoretical and practical).
  • Experience with Mikrotik devices, and ideally have certifications like MTCNA or CCNA.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
