About us

L.K. Group was founded in 1979, focusing on three major industries: die-casting machines, injection molding machines and CNC machining centers. It was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2006 (stock code: 00558 HK). http://www.lk.world. To further expand our business, L.K. is setting up a Technology Center in Semarang, Indonesia. We are looking for an experienced and capable Sales Engineer/Manager to join us.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering, Business or equivalent.

2. With at least 3 years of working experience in the related field, machinery knowledge, strong exposure in injection industries and sales experience are required for this position.

3. Experience in automotive/vehicle parts, toys manufacturing, plastic and die casting injection industries will be an advantage.

4. Required skills includes communication skills, presentation, sales, project management, negotiation, foster teamwork, prioritize options and good administrative skills.

5. Proficient in English will be an advantage.

6. Must possess own car.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. To achieve sales target set by the company.
  2. To generate and submits accurate pipeline, quotation, forecast on sales & payment collection on a regular basis.
  3. To liaise with the customers on the secured projects to implement and carry out the scope of delivery as stated in the purchase order/sales contract and generate billing/invoice accordingly.
  4. To build and maintain strong relationships with all customers by maintaining regular calls and visits. Make formal presentations to customers and the industries as required.
  5. To maintain the existing customers base and develop new customers base from time to time in order to have a continuous business expansion.
  6. To maintain constant field intelligence, feeds back pertinent information concerning competitors’ activities, products, prices, promotional programs etc.
  7. To liaise with the Sales & Marketing Support and Finance Department pertaining to the workflow system, timely collection of payments from customers, credit issues and maintaining good customer credit profile.
  8. To ensure establishment of credit facilities with bank/leasing institutions (if needed by customer).
  9. To ensure accurate and timely response to all customers at all time.
  10. To maintain close relationship with agents and dealers.
