This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
  • Manage the tendering process, planning, and execution of EPC projects.
  • Communicate and negotiate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and achieve sales/project targets.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management (Project/Business) or Engineering
  • Experience in the EPC field (preferably in Solar Power Systems - PLTS)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Easy to adapt and socialize with others
  • Good at both quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Understands the EPC project cycle, from tendering, planning, to execution
  • Able to build and maintain good relationships with clients
  • Can work well both in teams and independently
  • Able to work under pressure and meet targets
