e-Commerce SPV
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for Shopee and TikTok e-commerce platforms.
2. Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms, including product listings, inventory management, order processing, and customer service.
3. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop and implement promotional activities to increase brand exposure and sales.
4. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize product listings and marketing campaigns to improve conversion rates.
5. Manage advertising budgets on Shopee and TikTok platforms to ensure maximum return on investment.
6. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on performance and strategy adjustments to management.
7. Build and maintain good relationships with platform partners and suppliers.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of e-commerce experience, with a background in operating on Shopee and TikTok platforms preferred (Cosmetic Industry)
3. In-depth understanding of the cosmetic industry and familiar with the cosmetic product market.
4. Strong market analysis and data analysis skills, proficient in e-commerce platform analytics tools.
5. Excellent leadership and team management experience.
6. Good communication and coordination skills, able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
7. Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing market environment with the capability to make quick decisions.
