With 250+ dentists, we operate 50 clinics across Jakarta Greater Area, Semarang, and Surabaya. We are currently seeking applicants for the Area Clinic Supervisor role.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Area Clinic Supervisor located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Area Clinic Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple dental clinics in the Jabodetabek area.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple dental clinics to ensure efficiency and high service standards.
  • Supervise clinic staff, including front office, dental assistants, and customer service teams.
  • Monitor clinic performance, ensuring targets for revenue, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency are met.
  • Implement and enforce company policies, SOPs, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Coordinate with dentists, management, and other stakeholders to enhance service quality.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Handle escalated patient concerns and operational challenges, providing quick and effective solutions.
  • Monitor inventory and equipment maintenance, ensuring clinics operate smoothly.
  • Prepare reports on clinic performance and suggest improvements to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in clinic operations, retail operations, or a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management software.
  • Knowledge of dental clinic operations and healthcare regulations is a plus.
