Qualifications:

  • Understanding of luxury construction materials and design aesthetics to effectively address high-end client needs.
  • Possess a keen eye for design and a deep appreciation for high-end aesthetics.
  • In-depth understanding of the Indonesian property and construction industry, focusing on the premium and high-end market segments.
  • A strong network of contacts within the Indonesian property development, architecture, and design communities.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies targeted at discerning clientele.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Interior Design, Product Design, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in prefabricated, modular, or other innovative construction technologies is an advantage.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented individual with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
