Job Description

  • Design, prototype, and test electronic circuits, PCB layouts, and embedded systems for IoT devices based on project specifications.
  • Develop and optimize firmware for microcontrollers (ESP, AVR, STM) to support IoT functionalities.
  • Conduct research on new electronic components, sensors, and emerging technologies to enhance product capabilities.
  • Perform schematic capture, PCB layout, and routing using EDA tools & conduct circuit simulation and validation.
  • Integrate wireless communication modules (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, LoRa) and optimize RF performance.
  • Ensure compliance with EMC/EMI standards and other regulatory requirements for electronic products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Firmware, Mechanical, and Software Engineers) to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software.
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate electronic designs, troubleshoot hardware issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain documentation of circuit designs, test results, and development processes for future reference.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate from Bachelor, Diploma degree from Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other related majors.
  • Have experience as Electronics Engineer for minimum 2 years, preferably in developing IoT devices development.
  • Strong proficiency in PCB design and layout using Altium, KiCad, Eagle, or similiar EDA tools.
  • Experience with electronic circuit simulation using tools such as Proteus, or similar tools (LTSpice, Wokwi, etc)
  • Hands-on experience with microcontrollers (ESP, AVR or STM) and embedded programming using C/C++.
  • Familiarity with IoT communication protocols (MQTT, HTTP, Modbus, etc.) and wireless technologies (Wi-Fi, BLE, Zigbee, LoRa).
  • Proficiency in using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and soldering tools for testing and debugging.
  • Strong understanding of analog & digital electronics, power electronics, and signal processing.
  • Knowledge of analog and digital electronics, signal processing, power electronics, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC/EMI).
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced R&D environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
