Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B sector (focusing on Modern Trade, Drugstore, and Beauty Store channels),
- Manage and negotiate pricing, terms and conditions of sales agreements to meet the win-win solution with B2B,
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share,
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key B2B partners, ensuring consistent stock availability and successful execution of joint sales programs,
- Conduct regular stock monitoring and analysis to optimize inventory levels and prevent stockouts.
Proactively identify and address partner needs to enhance satisfaction and retention,
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., marketing, logistics) to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction,
- Provide regular sales performance reports, including weekly and monthly analyses, to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Target oriented person and able to work under pressure
- Previous experience in beauty industry is a plus
- Customer-centric approach, self-starter attitude, comfortable with taking initiative and managing workloads independently
- Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
- Proactive, with the ability to take initiative and work independently
