  • Leading end to end multiple brand portfolios including new product development.
  • Guide the vision and strategy behind a brand by developing marketing plans and driving innovation.
  • Propose and monitor 360 marketing mix strategies (instore, ATL media, BTL media, etc) to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences.
  • Build an awareness and business strategy as we rapidly grow and expand.
  • Analyze performance of all channels and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor' degree in marketing, business, communications, or any related field and equivalent experience.
  • Having more than 3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful brand identity, messaging, and visual design principles.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop long-term brand vision and goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Creativity and the ability to generate innovative ideas for brand campaigns.
  • Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
