Position: Senior HR Business Partner (HR Lead)

Our client company is a family-owned and well-established construction equipment distribution company 300 total employees and a strong reputation in the industry. They have been in business for over 30 years and pride ourselves on providing high-quality equipment and exceptional customer service. We are currently looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join the team and help their business going to the next level.

Contract Details:

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The Senior HRBP report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for managing the performance of the employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement performance management strategies and processes to ensure the success of our employees and the company.
  • Work closely with department managers to identify and address any performance issues and provide coaching and support to improve performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and recommendations for employee development.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance management and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Partner with the HR team to handle employee relations issues and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the recruitment and selection process for key positions within the company.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Participate in various HR projects and initiatives to support the overall goals of the company.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15 years of working experience with 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the distribution or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with performance management processes and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with HRIS and other HR software is preferred.
