Contract Details:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The Senior HRBP report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for managing the performance of the employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement performance management strategies and processes to ensure the success of our employees and the company.
- Work closely with department managers to identify and address any performance issues and provide coaching and support to improve performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and recommendations for employee development.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance management and make recommendations for improvement.
- Partner with the HR team to handle employee relations issues and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with the recruitment and selection process for key positions within the company.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Participate in various HR projects and initiatives to support the overall goals of the company.
- Minimum 15 years of working experience with 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the distribution or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge and experience with performance management processes and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HRIS and other HR software is preferred.
