Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the education industry, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Identify and secure partnerships with schools, institutions, and corporate clients seeking educational solutions.
- Lead the B2B sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring high conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities within the education sector.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the sales team, ensuring they meet performance targets.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance sales offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- Min. 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the education industry (schools, ed-tech, training centers, or related fields).
- Strong network and understanding of B2B sales in the education sector, including working with schools or corporate training programs.
- Proven track record in B2B lead conversion and business development.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
