Role Overview

The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of the property. This includes ensuring the smooth operation of the property, addressing any building issues, and maintaining a high standard of service for tenants. The Property Manager will also be responsible for controlling and monitoring various aspects of the property to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the property, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant relations
  • Monitor and control property expenses to ensure budget compliance
  • Coordinate with various departments to address and resolve any building issues
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Manage tenant requests and ensure timely resolution of any issues
  • Prepare and present regular reports on property performance and operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve property management processes
  • Maintain accurate records of property activities, including maintenance schedules and tenant communications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role for at least 5 years
  • Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Property Management (CPM) or Real Estate Management (REM)
  • Experience in managing commercial properties
  • Knowledge of local property laws and regulations
