Are you ready to be a part of MIFX for the upcoming “big wave”?
What you will do:
- Working with the Head of Data and Improvement to develop and execute projects, driving initiatives that establish Project Excellence and Continuous Improvement infrastructure within the department.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (IT, Product Marketing, etc.) to implement Operations projects, acting as a representative of the Operations team, particularly in project development and updates.
- Identify and execute initiatives that eliminate waste, reduce lead time, or improve business performance using process improvement tools & methodologies.
- Manage improvement projects to support business growth and increase customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the Data team to leverage data-driven insights for process improvements.
- Establish and maintain Knowledge Management practices across divisions, including managing a centralized knowledge repository and developing business processes and SOPs to align with company needs.
What you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree from any field. Industrial Engineering/Operations Management or similar degree are preferable.
- Proven experiences in implementing Lean/Six Sigma green belt projects would be advantageous.
- Minimum 2 year(s) experience in business process management &/ improvement role.
- Experience in business process management &/ improvement roles with a focus on technology company’s operations would be advantageous.
- Have a good understanding of the startup and tech company ecosystem.
