Account Executive - Sales Engineer
The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role.
Responsibilities
- Develop, seek new customers and increase sales to meet sales targets.
- Prepare sales quotations in technical and commercial aspects.
- Negotiate selling prices to customers, complete with payment terms acceptable to the company.
- Forecast sales, prospect new sales opportunities and conduct adequate market research to determine potential new segment areas.
- Track and record metrics throughout sales process
- Meet and exceed financial goals
- Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
- Provide periodic reports to the Sales Manager
Qualifications
- D3/ Bachelor's degree Mechanical Engineering, Industrial, or related (Fresh graduate are welcome!)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good (active) English communication skills
- Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
- Have an active driver's license C
- Willingness to travel
Nice to have
- Proven experience with 1-2 years as Sales Engineer in production or manufacturing machinery.
- Mandarin language will be a HUGE plus
- Good presentation and persuasion skills
- Have an active driver's license A
