Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, major in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business process analysis, process optimization or related roles.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Organized and meticulous about documentation of processes.
  • Understanding of the lean six sigma framework is a plus.
  • Proactive and self-driven
  • Basic understanding of the financial market, risk management, or portfolio management.
  • Proficiency in project management and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience with process automation tools such as BPM software, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), or workflow management systems.
  • Business requirement gathering knowledge.
