The ideal candidate will bring over 8 years of experience in e-commerce marketing and sales, coupled with a deep understanding of K-Beauty trends and consumer behavior.
The company growth depends on your duties and responsibilities as follows
- Oversee Viral Marketing initiatives such as KOC Seeding Campaigns and content creation strategies.
- Develop engaging campaigns tailored to target audiences across different platforms.
- Collaborate with influencers, KOLs, and key partners to amplify brand awareness.
- Manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Optimize sales processes and customer experiences across all platforms.
- Analyze sales funnel data to identify bottlenecks and improve conversion rates.
- Plan and execute onsite sales strategies, including promotions, flash sales, and personalized offers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends and industry shifts.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and develop new revenue opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree of Management or any related fields.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales in E-commerce preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.
- Proficient in both speaking and written English
- Proven expertise in digital marketing platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Shopee Ads, Meta Ads).
- Strong understanding of K-Beauty trends and beauty product positioning.
- Hands-on experience in e-commerce sales funnel optimization.
- Certification in digital marketing tools or analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint).
- Experience in on-site promotion campaigns, landing page optimization.
- Experience working with beauty influencers and KOL campaigns.
