Job Purpose
To drive Biznesia growth across B2B, B2B4C, B2G and foundation sectors by conducting in-depth market
research, identifying and pursuing suitable business opportunities.
This role will directly contribute to Biznesia's mission of empowering underserved talents, SMEs, and professionals by delivering impactful solutions that support their development and success.
1. Business Development :
a. Act as Company’s Ambassador to introduce Biznesia’s vision, mission and solutions for businesses.
b. Manage end to end business development cycle, including but not limited writing content, creating presentations,
costing, agreements and other business development necessary document required
c. Identify potential clients within the target market who require Talenesia’s B2B solutions. Generate leads through
various channels such as networking, referrals, social media, marketing campaign, events, and online research
d. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients. Ensure that contracts are mutually benefici
and aligned with the business objectives and profitability targets
e. Conduct research and data analysis for business development strategy purpose , product development , including
market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies.
f. Analyze project data to identify trends and insights.
2. Solution Development :
a. Develop and deliver tailored solutions for clients and partners, clearly articulating Talenesia's value proposition.
b. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions meet client needs and include accurate project
budget/costings.
c. Create compelling proposals and presentations to effectively communicate the benefits of Talenesia's solution
3. Acquisition
a. Proactively identify and engage potential B2B clients through targeted outreach, networking, and
relationship-building initiatives, with the primary goal of acquiring new partners to expand the company's reach and
revenue streams.
b. Develop and implement a streamlined, efficient yet effective onboarding process to equip new partners
success.
c. Develop strategic partnerships with relevant communities, educational institutions, and other relevant
organizations.
d. Foster strong, long-term relationships with B2B partners, providing ongoing support, regular evaluation meetings,
etc.
4. Project Admin and Management
a. Manage the entire lifecycle of project documents, from creation and storage to retrieval and archiving.
b. Prepare and manage administrative documents related to company projects, such as Product Terms of Reference,
meeting agendas, and progress reports.
c. Assist in organizing workshops, from initial planning to reports containing insights from discussions, conclusions,
and recommendations
d. Perform general administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, managing correspondence, and processing
invoices.
e. Facilitate communication between project team members and other relevant parties, ensuring everyone is informed
and aligned.
f. Manage the entire project management process from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met
within specified timelines and budget
Qualification
Educational Status: Fresh graduated from Business Management and Business Administration
Experience: Min. 1 year or internships in Business Development , marketing and/or Product Development
Mission Alignment: Driven and motivated by our mission, demonstrating a commitment to achieving company goals.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in management, marketing, psychology, sociology, or a related field.
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of commercial dynamics, including budgeting, cost, and revenue analysis, with a data-driven approach to strategy development.
Business Development: Proven experience in identifying, pursuing new business opportunities and achieving business goals.
Relationship : Expertise in building relationships with industry players, potential clients with strong networking skills.
Consultative approach: Proficiency in consultative selling techniques and experience in solution-selling or managing complex project cycles.
Market Research: Skillfully conduct market research to identify target audiences, assess market potential, analyze competitors, and inform strategic business decisions.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop a team, focusing on achieving and exceeding business goals.
Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving: Ability to develop and execute innovative strategies, analyze data, and solve
complex issues with deep insights.
Growth Mindset & Creativity: Demonstrates a growth mindset, creativity in ideation and execution, and openness to
