Inside Sales Account Executive
The Inside Sales Account Executive (ISAE) is responsible for activating and growing our Authorised Partners (AP) by ensuring they understand strategy, as well as supporting them fully. The ISAE manages daily outbound sales activities, including sales campaigns and first-level training. They utilize Salesforce (SF) to manage data, track major national events, process the lead queue, and qualify partners. Additionally, they may serve as the Salesforce superuser, training team members and colleagues on the platform.
This role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key responsibilities include:
- Research, identify, and evaluate new prospects and follow up with them in collaboration with the Sales team
- Analyze customer needs to develop customized solutions and offer comprehensive product recommendations and comparisons
- Proactively manage the customer relationship management (CRM) leads queue by personally contacting and qualifying Authorised Partners
- Increase partner wallet share through Axis tools and education, growing sales within assigned territories by identifying top potential Authorised partners
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop business plans for activating selected Authorised Partners, focusing on high-value partners to meet revenue goals
- Keep partners informed and educated about Axis solutions
- Participate actively in marketing activities—Axis Experience Centers (AEC) visits, partner events, webinars, and Axis Academy
- Support ad hoc projects generated by Gold/Solution partners* and global accounts
- Prepare sales reports for new and existing project
- Follow Axis Sales Methodology standards in all business meetings to ensure ROI
- Is a bearer of Axis company culture while serving as the first point of contact for new potential partners

- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in outbound sales and cold calling
- Proven track record in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities in the technology sector
- Understanding of network infrastructure fundamentals
- Good understanding of indirect sales models and channel partnerships
- Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
