Desty's mission is to make digital commerce available for everyone. Founded in September 2020, in the midst of the unprecedented Covid-19 pandemic, we see the urgent needs of a great tool for a fast-growing community of people who want to start their own business. Our solution is a digital platform that serves as a single online destination for creators, influencers, and merchants to promote and sell their products. Desty currently offers many ecommerce solutions including Desty Omni, a system to manage your stocks and orders across marketplaces.

Our founding team members are all Internet and e-commerce veterans, with extensive experience from well-known Chinese, SEA & US tech companies such as Alibaba, Google, Facebook, Gojek, Lazada, etc. We run remotely right now with headquarters in both Jakarta and Hangzhou, China.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and grow well-known brands/sellers for Desty's Omnichannel platform.
  • Responsible to establishing, maintaining, expanding close-and-constructive relationship with well known brands/sellers.
  • Maximizing brands/sellers to use all our features accordingly (including paid features and any commercial subscription).
  • Raise awareness and generate transactions volume from brands/sellers.
  • Working closely with cross function teams to fully support, solve and succeed brands in using Desty Omni.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to support activities or events with brands/sellers such as webinars, sales campaign, co-marketing, co-branding, and success stories coverage.
  • Gather market feedback and insights to continuously improve content and customer experiences.
  • Working closely with Business Developement Lead to build and grow a strong foundation of Business Development division.

Qualifications

  • Minimum experience as BD/Sales for 2-3 years, preferably from E-Commerce Industry.
  • Experience in acquiring brands and good relationship management.
  • Passionate, hard-worker, strong team-work capability, high integrity and professionalism.
  • Good English proficiency in both verbal and writing.
