What you’ll do:
As a financial professional, your primary responsibilities revolve around managing and optimizing financial resources to ensure the stability and growth of the organization.
- Expense management: As a bill clerk, review reimbursement documents for legality and compliance, and make preliminary judgments on the authenticity and reasonableness of reimbursement
- Data management: bind and archive reimbursement vouchers and financial information on a monthly basis; Coordinate the weekly collection of sales order receipts with the sales accountant of the China Finance Center to complete SAP system sales confirmation, and bind and archive the receipts on a monthly basis
- Tax management: Coordinate with the tax bureau to complete monthly tax declarations and annual settlements and payments
- Cashier: Coordinate with the bank to complete local payment and collection work
- Business support: Work closely with the business department to provide the necessary support
- Other: Other tasks assigned by the regional finance BP
What you’ll bring:
- Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or finance from a well-known local university
- Work experience: 2-5 years of financial work experience, including at least 1 year in a finance and taxation related position in a local or multinational company, familiar with local financial regulations and tax policies.
- Skill requirements: Familiarity with SAP is preferred
- Language proficiency: Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, able to communicate effectively with international teams
- Other abilities: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, rigorous and meticulous work, good time management and stress management abilities.
