Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Executive located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Sales Account Executive will engage in lead generation, manage client accounts, build relationships, and provide excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Lead Generation and Account Management skills
- Strong Communication and Relationship Building skills
- Customer Service skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proven sales track record (minimum 1 year) is a plus
- Familiarity with IT and technology solutions is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
