About the role:

As a Technical Writer Intern at Kinobi you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining high-quality technical documentation for our products and services. You'll work closely with our development, product and QA teams to ensure that our documentation is clear, accurate, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in writing, editing, and updating technical documents, user guides, and FAQs for internal and client use, ensuring grammar, clarity, and consistency
  • Create diagrams, screenshots, video recordings, and other visuals to support written content.
  • Manage the weekly publication of documents related to updates and new features and support the team if they have questions regarding the product flow.
  • Help organize and maintain the documentation library.

Qualifications:

  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to english grammar and clarity.
  • Basic understanding of technical concepts. Ability to create diagrams, screenshots, and video recordings for tutorial.
  • Ability to work independently, remotely, and collaboratively. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing documentation. Excellent communication skills for explaining complex information.
