Furniture & Interior Fit Out Estimator
The Furniture and Interior Fit Out Estimator will be responsible for analysing project requirements, developing cost estimates, and providing detailed proposals for furniture and interior design projects. You are a strong candidate for this role if you are detail oriented with a critical way of thinking, meticulous in your calculations, and are a team player.

Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Calculate accurate budgets, work volume, unit price, and produce the RAB
- Identify costs (labor, material, overhead) and time requirements by researching proposals and other related documents
- Follow up on submitted quotations and proposals
- Prepare the sales kit, including the presentation materials
- Assist in preparing tender documentation and submission
- Assist in new vendor registration and company related paperwork
- Work closely with the design team, project managers, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and project execution
- Placement in West Jakarta.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant studies, such as Interior Design or Architecture
- Min. 2 years of related working experience as Interior Fit Out Estimator
- Experience in furniture business will be an added advantage
- Able to read 2D & 3D images and shop drawings, familiarity with AutoCAD / SketchUp is plus
- Is aware of the current trends in the latest interior building materials and methods
- Is knowledgeable and well connected with subcontractors and material vendors
- Proactive, positive attitude, creative, eager to learn, a team player, and well-organized person
- Ability to work in fast environments and adapt according to project deadlines
- Good communication skills in English (speaking and writing) are a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Etc.)
