Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Cikarang for an IT Support (L1) position. The IT Support (L1) will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, and managing help desk support on a day-to-day basis.

- Troubleshooting and Desktop Computers knowledge
- Experience in Help Desk Support
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Relevant certifications in IT or related field
