Public Relations Associate

Role Description:

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Public Relations Associate with experience in beauty and hospitality industries to join our lifestyle sector team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating communication strategies, building and maintaining media and KOL relations, and implementing strategic communications plans. Additionally, the Public Relations Associate will liaise with clients and participate in daily meetings and project updates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and distribute press releases for the lifestyle sector.
• Develop and execute effective communication strategies tailored to the lifestyle industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Implement strategic communications plans to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Liaise with clients to understand their PR needs and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Participate in daily meetings and project updates to ensure alignment with client goals.
• Monitor media coverage and industry trends to provide actionable insights.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in drafting press releases and crafting communication strategies.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets.
• Understanding of the principles of strategic communications and ability to implement communications plans.
• Creative thinking and a strong grasp of public relations principles.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
