What your current role should be like?

  • Support partnership initiatives and project management including planning for deals, project, strategy, and due diligence utilizing tools like notion, jira, trello, etc.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and support business decisions.
  • Being part of a 0-1 product development cycle in a consumer facing product with at least 10.000 transactions a day.
  • Develop financial modeling for business cases for partnership project pitch based on each partner’s problem statement and available data.
  • Assist in developing go-to-market plans and media planning based on business objectives.
  • Interfacing with external and internal stakeholders in partnership projects for key stakeholder communications.

What will you do?

  • Create Go-to-market strategies and media plans for multiple initiatives along with a product marketing manager.
  • Assist in developing compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience.
  • Engage with stakeholders across various departments to understand business needs and provide insights.
  • Craft business case and monetization model based on each partner’s business needs.
  • Propose strategies to optimize operations, product performance, and overall business outcomes.
  • Streamline projects and campaign executions, ensuring proper tracking, documentation, and follow-up.
  • Work closely with product development, design, and engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation of growth initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree with at least 3-5 years of experience.
  • Financial Services/Payments industry experience preferred.
  • Team oriented, collaborative and ability to work with complex and ambiguous environments.
  • Proven ability to partner, communicate and manage through multiple discipline and organizational groups.
  • Demonstrated track record of implementing strategic initiatives.
  • Experience “managing up” building executive level communications and delivering presentations.
  • Strong in analytics/data science.
