We (Berufsausbildung International) are seeking a dynamic and results-driven consultant (sales) to join our team. A consultant in Berufsausbildung International plays a critical role in supporting the success of company.

The consultant must work closely with teachers and general manager, to communicate changing customer needs.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES ;

  • Develop a deep and clear understanding of the company’s range of service and be able to communicate the information to customers clearly.
  • Answer all services related questions from customer in a polite manner and addressing queries promptly.
  • Resourceful, demonstrate good skills and ability at finding and approaching new customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and requirements.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries; serve walk-in customers.
  • Arrange outdoor visits to identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve targets.
  • Plan, organize and drive progress to meet sales target and business objectives.
  • Prepare Monthly & Weekly Sales activities report and regular update of Berufsausbildung International customers.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree student majoring in any field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Have minimum 1 year experience in B2C, Marketing, and related fields
  • Fresh graduate with relevant experience are welcome
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Proficient in MS Office application such as Word, Excel, Power Point.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Proactive in generating leads
  • Sales-driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing environments and schedules.
  • Able to work under pressure and within deadline given.
  • Excellent selling skills, people oriented, ability to close deals, and deal with post-purchase anxiety.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work from Denpasar, Bali (Onsite)
