Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. This role is crucial in expanding our merchant and supplier network, nurturing strong relationships, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a talent for building relationships, and the ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities in the F&B sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire New Merchants and Suppliers:

  • Identify and target potential merchants and suppliers within the F&B industry.
  • Conduct outreach through various channels (email, calls, networking events, etc.) to initiate contact and close deals.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects to drive the growth of our platform.

- Foster Relationships:

  • Develop and cultivate long-term relationships with merchants and suppliers.
  • Serve as the primary contact for new and existing partners, ensuring satisfaction and promptly addressing any concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partner needs are met, from negotiations through to ongoing support.

- Onboarding and Account Management:

  • Lead the onboarding process for new merchants and suppliers, guiding them through platform setup and providing training.
  • Ensure a seamless transition from acquisition to active engagement on the platform.
  • Maintain regular communication with onboarded partners, offering support and ensuring continued participation.

- Administrative Tasks:

  • Handle order processing to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment.
  • Generate invoices and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
  • Manage accounts receivable (AR) collections, following up on outstanding payments from partners.

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within the F&B procurement or supply chain. Fresh graduates with some internship experience are welcome to apply.

- Strong understanding of the F&B supply chain and procurement processes.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- A self-starter with a proactive attitude, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritise tasks effectively.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Familiarity with Google tools and digital communication platforms is a plus.

- Fluency in both English and Indonesian is preferable.
