Role Description

This is a contract IB Diploma Programme Coordinator role located on-site in Tangerang. The Programme Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the IB Diploma Programme, including program management, communication with stakeholders, providing customer service, project management, and program development.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation and administration of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP).
  • Ensure alignment with IB standards and requirements, including curriculum development and assessment procedures.
  • Support and guide teachers in delivering IBDP courses effectively.
  • Provide academic counseling and support for IBDP students, including university application guidance.
  • Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and professional development for IBDP faculty.
  • Maintain communication with the IB Organization (IBO), ensuring compliance with accreditation and reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate the internal and external assessment process, including Internal Assessments (IA), Extended Essays (EE), and Theory of Knowledge (TOK) requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance student performance and program success.
  • Collaborate with school leadership, parents, and stakeholders to promote the IBDP.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in teaching or coordinating the IBDP.
  • In-depth knowledge of IB curriculum, assessment criteria, and pedagogical approaches.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to mentor and support teachers in implementing IBDP methodologies.
  • Experience working with students in an international school setting is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
