As a Project Manager you will be responsible for effective communication, coordination, organization, and facilitation within the project team and with users. Your duty includes the end-to-end management of IT projects, ensuring they are executed within scope, on time, and to the highest quality standards. About The Role
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for effective communication, coordination, organization, and facilitation within the project team and with users. Your duty includes the end-to-end management of IT projects, ensuring they are executed within scope, on time, and to the highest quality standards. - Create detailed project plans that outline project scope, objectives, timelines, and milestones. Ensure these plans are comprehensive and align with organizational goals and client expectations.
- Guide and motivate project teams by defining clear roles and responsibilities, fostering a collaborative environment, and driving team performance towards achieving project goals.
- Continuously track project progress against the plan, identifying potential risks and issues early. Implement risk mitigation strategies and adjust project plans as necessary to address challenges and ensure successful outcomes.
- Provide regular updates and detailed reports to stakeholders, including project status, milestones achieved, and any issues or changes. Ensure transparency and maintain open lines of communication throughout the project.
- Oversee the delivery of project outputs, ensuring that they meet or exceed quality standards and fulfill client requirements. Conduct thorough reviews and validations to guarantee the quality and accuracy of deliverables.
- Coordinate the formal closure of projects, including compiling comprehensive documentation, conducting post-project reviews, and capturing lessons learned. Ensure all project documentation is complete and archived appropriately.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience or certifications/courses, is required.
- Must have at least 4+ years of project management experience role.
- Have a strong record of handling end-to-end complex IT projects.
- Strong critical thinking skills to gather and understand client requirements and ensure clear project goals.
- Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to create and maintain clear and accurate project plans, reports, and records.
- Outstanding leadership abilities to inspire and manage project teams effectively. Great communication skills to work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to make decisions under pressure and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
- Experience across various industries, showing versatility in different project environments.
- Capability to manage multiple projects at once, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with international teams.
- Scrum Master certification is a plus and shows a solid understanding of Agile methods.
