Responsibilities
- Managing the inventory assets and administrative aspects of the maintenance company.
- Generate purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
- Managing the administration of stationery and kitchen supplies.
- Processing reimbursements for hotel expenses, tickets, and maintenance fees, depending on company policy.
- Coordinating hotel and ticket accommodation arrangements.
- Managing the administration of office rent, apartment rent, and all related to administrative tasks.
- Execution of additional tasks assigned by other members of GA team and other users.
Qualifications
- Fresh Graduates or currently studying in their final semester in any major.
- Good communication skills in English & Mandarin would be a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and email.
- Willing to be based in Landmark Pluit, North Jakarta
